WELCOME TO THE GATEWAY ASSOCIATION OF PAYROLL PROFESSIONALS
(GAPP)
The Gateway Association of Payroll Professionals is an organization of payroll people with a common goal to continually develop innovative payroll skills through education, shared knowledge and solutions to changing issues. Promoting the highest ethical standards is a cornerstone of our organization. The true value of the GAPP lies in its members - Dedicated Payroll Professionals.
OUR PURPOSE- To form a networking association of payroll professionals in the St. Louis metropolitan area who will share payroll knowledge and experiences amongst members, and in conjunction with presentations at regular meetings, improve their overall knowledge, understanding and skills.
MEETINGS- Our breakfast meetings are held the third Thursday of each month, if that date does not conflict with an APA function in St. Louis. Breakfast is served at 8:00am and the meeting begins at 9:00am. The meeting ends between 10 and 11:00am.
The cost of the meeting is $10.00 for a GAPP members and $20.00 for a visitor or guest, $5 additional for walk-ins.
The GAPP meetings are located at 7750 CARONDELET AVE Clayton, MO 63105 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (parking vouchers issued at this location). Please check the Calendar of Events for the exact date and location of each meeting.
FPC/CPP STUDY GROUPS - Two study groups are conducted each year to assist members in the preparation for the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exams. One study group begins in June while the other begins in January. Both study groups meet one night a week for 14 sessions. If you are interested in participating, send an e-mail to

Our Spring CPP Study Group will begin on February 7, 2013 and end on April 11, 2013. The Spring exam testing period will be held from March 30 through April 27, 2013. Registration for the Spring exam will open January 30, 2013. Watch for more information to be posted soon.
MEMBER DUES- There is an annual $75.00 fee to become a Member of the GAPP; however, the Early Bird fee provides a reduced annual cost. (See the Related Files below for the Membership form.)
