In this session, we will explore how to use modern temperament theory to connect overall company performance with individual, team, and company behavior. We will show you an easy, fun, useful way to determine the temperament of individuals and groups and give you valuable insights into practical ways you can employ temperament theory to improve company performance, employee and customer engagement, wellbeing, and compliance. Each participant will be given a free code that will allow access to an online temperament assessment tool that will be used throughout the session to illustrate the relationship between individual behavior and company performance.
